Hilltop Deli is an independently owned sandwich shop nestled in the Gillespie Field Business Park. Open Monday - Friday from 7AM-3PM, Hilltop Deli has a vast menu that is sure to satisfy any craving.

Amy and Joe Nelson will help you with your breakfast or lunch needs. In fact, Amy was born and raised in a local sandwich shop, so with her breadth of culinary knowledge, your order is sure to please your palate!
